Every crew starts the day with a focused safety briefing covering site-specific hazards, weather conditions, and equipment checks.
OSHA-Compliant Training
All operators and laborers complete OSHA 10 or 30 training, trenching and excavation certification, and ongoing hazard awareness courses.
Equipment Inspections
Every machine is inspected before operation. Maintenance is tracked digitally to prevent failures before they happen.
PPE Enforcement
Hard hats, high-visibility gear, steel-toe boots, and task-specific protection are mandatory on every job site.
Utility Locating
We verify all underground utilities before digging and follow strict protocols around energized lines and active pipelines.
